Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 8:30 pm.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: No, but we do have onsite free parking.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Gunnedah Lodge Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we have free high speed wireless internet access to all of our rooms.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, in all rooms with 15 channels to choose from.

Q: Do you have a gym?
A: No but Absolute fitness is located in Coles Centre.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, but offer charge back facilities at nearby Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants.  

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for breakfast only.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to Woolworths, Coles, and local Cinema.  Local strip shopping area is 3 minutes walk.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Gunnedah Lodge Motel is located within 5-10 minutes walk to number of restaurants and fast food outlets including  McDonalds, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Chinese, Indian, and Thai Resaurants. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.
