Travelling for business and it was so nice to get to a motel that was immaculate- huge room, clean, comfortable and a shower with real water pressure ! I was so happy I found this motel – of the staff were very friendly and helpful too
Stayed here for the Gunnedah Show with our grand kids, rooms are spotless, large, well appointed and brand new. Huge TV and bathroom. Stark contrast to when we stayed at Rydges Cronulla, the room we had at Gunnedah Lodge was far superior and alot cheaper than Rydges. Breakfast is room service and good menu choice. The Motel is walking distance to main street and short drive to showground. Highly recommended, our hosts were truly lovely people and made us feel more than welcome. You won’t be disappointed
Fantastic stay. Newest hotel in Gunnedah. We had an Executive King room located on the first floor. Everything was of high quality. The room was extremely large with large TV and a wonderful luxuriously long leather lounge. Bathroom was also very large – big shower. Situated in a quiet location off the main road but still quite close to town. Easy walk to services club and shops. Friendly hosts. They say to ring hotel for the best rate. Internet was very good and free.
Gunnedah’s newest motel with excellent ammenities and quality furnishings throughout. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (despite being located close to the highway) and most importantly close to all Gunnedah’s restaurants and hotels. Great value for your money, significantly cheaper and of a far higher standard than other motels close by. Very happy with our accommodation and all the region has to offer.
These guys have really established a wonderful accommodation facility in Gunnedah. This was my second stay and I cannot fault the place. Absolutely spotless and very helpful hosts that go out of their way to provide local recommendations and helpful advice. The beds are incredibly comfortable (I recommend room 20) and the king room is very spacious. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I have stayed here several times over the last few years for work trips (most recently today). This place offers such great value for money. The owners are lovely, rooms are clean and modern, and I can’t ever fault this place.

Stayed overnight on road trip. Staff very friendly, Room was large, all amenities were great, very clean, quite location away from road noise but close to shopping and restaurants. The rate very reasonable, considering town was very busy.
Visited in May and found the Gunnedah Lodge Motel clean, quiet and close to everything in Gunnedah. Large room with all the amenities. Good sized bathroom with off street parking. Breakfast available. Would be great motel if you were staying for work as it has a good table and chairs and is a light airey room so good to work from.
I stay here overnight a couple weeks ago while working in the area. Nice clean, quiet and spacious room. Convenient location with easy walk to shops, restaurants and pub. I found the hotel personnel to be very friendly and helpful.

My. 3rd business stay in Gunnedah and I’ve not found the ‘right’ motel until now! Gunnedah Lodge seems to ‘have it together.’ Quiet location with spacious rooms, very modern bathroom and friendly host; I think I’ll come back here next time! Highly recommended.
This is the 3rd motel I have tried in Gunnedah over the last 6 months. No need to try anywhere else. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and also large. Pam & Mick were great. Will definitely be staying here again

Recently renovated clean room great shower and large bathroom. Large spacious with great facilities. Set off the main road it is also quiet with good parking off road. I’d give this a definite look if staying in gunnedah.
Stayed there on the 14th for a work event. The rooms were modern and extremely clean. The photos on the site are how the rooms are presented. It was in a good location to wear the event was, we had the ability to walk to where we needed to go. Only down fall was the mattress was a little worn and sagged to the middle, although this would not stop me staying there again.
We stayed one night at the Gunnedah Lodge Motel on our way back from visiting the Hot Springs in Moree. The motel is exceptionally clean and has modern conveniences such as a lamp next to each bed that contained a USB port. Great for a family with numerous devices! The bathroom in particular was beautiful. A very large wall mounted TV and a lovely breakfast made our stay quite comfortable.
